LUCRIA Consultis expanding its global finance operations, and we’re looking for a Bookkeeping Specialist to support our US and UK clients. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in international bookkeeping, compliance, and client communication.

WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE:
Daily bookkeeping, ledger posting, and bank/vendor reconciliations
Preparation and support for US LLC and UK company compliance filings
Collection, validation, and organization of financial documents
Tracking client deliverables, follow-ups, and coordination of statutory timelines
Support for internal audits, documentation, and cross-functional finance tasks

WHO YOU ARE:
You’re structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers. You communicate clearly, work responsibly with deadlines, and bring a learning mindset to a quick-paced, international environment.

QUALIFICATIONS (required):
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Robust spoken and written English for direct client interaction




Practical knowledge of Excel (vlookups, filters, formatting, basic formulas)
Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
Ability to follow structured processes and manage multiple tasks
Professional discipline, reliability, and high ownership
PREFFERED (Good-to-Have)_:
Internship or project exposure in accounting, bookkeeping, or client servicing
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or Tally
Basic understanding of reconciliations and financial documentation
Comfort working with US/UK timezone coordination and compliance-driven workflows

ROLE DETAILS:
Location:Chandigarh (Full-time, in-office)

Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years preferred

Compensation: 15,000 - 22,000 monthly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
