We are seeking a highly experienced EPM Planning Developer with deep expertise in Oracle PBCS and EPM Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust finance background, hands-on experience with calculation scripts, Groovy scripting, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing planning applications that support strategic financial processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable EPM Planning solutions using Oracle PBCS.
- Build and optimize calculation scripts and Groovy rules for complex planning models.
- Integrate EPM applications with upstream/downstream systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage data integration and transformation using Data Management tools.
- Support UAT,
troubleshoot issues, and provide hypercare post-deployment.
- Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Stay updated with Oracles monthly patch releases and assess impact on existing solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PBCS / EPM Planning.
- Strong proficiency in calculation scripts, Groovy scripting, and form design.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of finance processes including forecasting, budgeting, and cost modeling.
- Expertise in Data Management, including mappings, validations, and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
