Job Summary:

The SST Teacher will be responsible for teaching Social Science concepts effectively, developing students’ analytical and critical-thinking skills, and creating an engaging classroom environment aligned with the school curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.

- Teach subjects such as History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, and Civics, as applicable to the grade level.

- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, activities, and assessments.

- Use interactive and experiential teaching methods to enhance student learning.

- Assess and monitor students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, projects, and class participation.

- Provide timely feedback and additional academic support to students who require it.

- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, analytical skills, research abilities, and awareness of current affairs.





- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and academic performance.

- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate students’ progress and areas of improvement.

- Integrate technology, maps, case studies, discussions, and other resources into classroom teaching.

- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain discipline.

- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning, assessments, activities, and school events.

- Participate actively in school assemblies, clubs, projects, field trips, and co-curricular activities.

- Contribute to the overall academic and holistic development of students.

- Follow all school policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
