Role Description The Engineering Manager will lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, ensuring high-quality delivery of AI and digital engineering solutions. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software development activities, driving technical execution across projects, and coordinating with product, design, and business stakeholders to align engineering output with strategic goals.

The role involves managing project timelines and resources,



guiding system architecture and integration decisions, and promoting best practices in code quality, security, and performance.

Manager will also foster a culture of continuous improvement, support talent development, and contribute to technology roadmap planning.

Qualifications

- Strong Engineering Management experience, including planning, prioritization, and delivery oversight.
- Proven Team Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor engineers and build high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Hands-on Software Development background in modern languages, frameworks, and cloud-native architectures.
- Solid Project Management capabilities, including stakeholder communication, risk management, and agile methodologies.
- Experience with system and application Integration across APIs, microservices, and enterprise platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, digital engineering practices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborating across global teams and time zones.
