Requirements

- 8–15 years of total software engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET 8/9, and ASP.NET Core
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, Clean Architecture, and DDD
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous system design
- Proven experience hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering talent
- Strong delivery and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering complex products with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and Azure/AWS cloud
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Solid focus on engineering quality, observability, reliability, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, hire, and develop a team of software engineers
- Own roadmap execution, sprint predictability, and quality releases
- Guide architecture and solution design across .NET and microservices




- Drive engineering standards, code quality, and quality gates
- Oversee observability using OpenTelemetry and related tooling
- Partner with Product, QA, UX, and DevOps to align technical and business goals
- Oversee CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments
- Own SLAs/SLOs, incident management, capacity planning, and cost optimization
- Stay hands-on through architecture discussions, critical code reviews, and technical problem-solving
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices including GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted code reviews
- Establish standards for LLM features using Semantic Kernel or Microsoft.Extensions.AI
- Guide teams on RAG, agents, function calling, AI evaluation, guardrails, and hallucination mitigation
- Review AI-powered designs for quality, cost, security, and observability
