Role Summary

Engineering Manager will lead a team of Technical Engineers and Lead Engineers (2 to 12 years experience), ensuring delivery of high-quality structural engineering solutions across Industrial, Energy, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Power, Manufacturing, and Building Construction projects. The role combines technical leadership, people management, project delivery, stakeholder management, and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Engineers and Lead Engineers.

- Manage project allocation, workload balancing, performance reviews, and team development.

- Ensure timely delivery of structural designs, calculations, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.

- Review and approve engineering deliverables for quality, safety, and code compliance.

- Drive adherence to international standards, customer specifications, and engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with global engineering teams, project managers, sales teams, and customers.

- Support technical proposals, RFQs, RFIs, and value engineering initiatives.

- Manage project risks, resource planning, and project execution schedules.

- Foster continuous improvement, technical excellence, and innovation within the engineering team.





- Act as the primary escalation point for technical and project-related challenges.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong background in Structural/Civil Engineering with experience in steel structure design.

- Hands-on experience with structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, RSTAB, ETABS or similar tools.

- Robust understanding of international structural codes and standards.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.

- Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD 3D, Inventor, or FEM tools is an advantage.

- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects and teams.

- Proven experience leading engineering teams.

- Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing capabilities.

- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers.

- Strong project coordination and decision-making skills.
