1. Incoming Material Inspection Perform visual and dimensional inspection of raw materials and components as per inspection plan
2. Handling of Non-Conforming Material Segregate, record, and escalate non-conformities; coordinate with supplier for disposition
3. Quality Documentation & Record Keeping Maintain inspection reports, checklists, traceability logs, and SAP entries
4. Supplier Communication Support in communicating inspection feedback, initiating 8D reports, and follow-up on CAPA
5. Calibration and Maintenance of Inspection Equipment Ensure all gauges/instruments are calibrated and used properly
6. Support in Supplier Audits Assist in preparation and execution of incoming material-related audits
7. Training & Team Support Participate in on-the-job training, support junior inspectors and internal customers
