Role & responsibilities

Candidates currently working in Sri City should not be considered.

- Manage shift production and achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Plan manpower, machines, raw materials, and production schedules.
- Handle sheet metal press shop, stamping, progressive press, and turret operations.
- Troubleshoot machine, tooling, die, and process-related issues.
- Monitor OEE, productivity, rejection, downtime, and cycle time.
- Drive 5S, TPM, TQM, ISO, and continuous improvement activities.
- Conduct Why-Why, Pareto, 4W1H, and corrective action analysis.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Stores, and Planning teams.
- Prepare Production vs Plan, MIS, stock, shortage, and safety reports.
- Ensure shop-floor safety, discipline, and proper documentation.




- Use SAP/Oracle and MS Excel for production reporting.

- OEE, TPM, 5S & 7 QC Tools
