Role- Lead Salesforce Developer

Experience: 9+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development

Mandatory Skills:
Robust hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Robust proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
Salesforce configuration and administration
Experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions
Robust experience in Salesforce integrations
Experience in partner/vendor delivery management and technical leadership
Agile experience with Scrum/Kanban
Salesforce release management; CI/CD experience is desirable
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills




Experience with platform maintenance, monitoring, and DataLoader
Ability to advocate for and implement standard Salesforce solutions before opting for custom development
Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and oversight to the Salesforce development team.
Guide developers on Salesforce configuration and development best practices.
Take ownership of solution design, development, testing, deployment, and technical quality.
Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders and support project delivery.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and issues and drive resolution.
Support platform maintenance, troubleshooting, security notifications, and complex/L3 issues.
Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer
