What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience managing retail stores, preferably in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, cosmetics, or other
high-footfall retail environments.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer
experience.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
A customer-first mindset with robust commercial acumen.
Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in a dynamic, rapid-paced retail environment.
Passion for developing people, solving challenges, and delivering operational excellence.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
