Field Business Development Executive - College Onboarding

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

We are looking for a Field Business Development Executive to help us connect with colleges and onboard them to our platform/services.

The role involves visiting colleges, generating leads, meeting college decision-makers, explaining our product, following up with prospects, and completing the college onboarding process.

Responsibilities:
Visit colleges and generate recent leads.
Connect with Principals, Placement Officers, Directors, and Management representatives.
Explain and present our product/service to colleges.
Schedule meetings and follow up with interested colleges.
Convert leads into successful college onboarding.
Maintain records of leads, visits, and follow-ups.




Coordinate with the internal team for college onboarding.
Achieve monthly lead generation and onboarding targets.

Requirements:
Any Degree / Diploma.
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
Confident and comfortable speaking with college authorities.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willing to travel for college visits.
Previous sales or business development experience is an advantage.
