We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executives to join our US IT Staffing team.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify IT professionals and job seekers across the USA and Canada using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other online platforms.
Introduce our recruitment, staffing, and career-support services in a explicit and skilled manner.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, responses, and follow-ups.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion.
Work closely with recruiters and the bench sales team to ensure a smooth lead handoff.
Pay: ₹10,081.87 - ₹15,000.00 per month
