Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures and conduct classes for MBA students.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and assignments.
Guide and mentor students in academic and career-related matters.
Conduct examinations, assessments, and evaluate student performance.
Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and academic activities.
Contribute to research, publications, and departmental initiatives.
Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of academic responsibilities.
Eligibility & Skills
Qualification: MBA; Ph.D.
preferred/required as per institutional norms.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching/academic experience.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching, research, and student development.
Ability to work effectively as part of an academic team.
