1. Product Portfolio Support
• Support the Product Manager in managing and improving the Aluminium Windows portfolio.
• Track customer feedback, competitor offerings, market trends, and product performance.
• Identify portfolio gaps and support new product, cost reduction, value engineering, and product simplification initiatives.
Sales & Project Enablement
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable aluminium window solutions.
• Support quotations in WinDirect, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product guidelines.
• Review quotations, designs, shop drawings, and proposals for technical correctness.
• Support sales teams with technical clarifications and proposal inputs to help win projects.
Product Data & Systems
• Maintain product masters, material masters, BOMs, product codes, specifications, and system data.
• Ensure WinDirect and related systems are accurate, updated, and aligned with current product offerings.
• Identify and coordinate correction of configuration, quotation, or system-related errors.
Customer & Market Insights




• Conduct user research, field visits, and feedback studies with customers, sales teams, channel partners, architects, and consultants.
• Convert market inputs into actionable improvements in product, pricing, training, documentation, or processes.
Product Launch & Sales Enablement
• Support launch of recent products, systems, finishes, hardware options, and performance variants.
• Prepare training material, FAQs, comparison sheets, technical documents, and sales presentations.
• Help translate technical features into straightforward, customer-relevant advantages.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Marketing, Vendors, and Installation teams.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure alignment with Saint-Gobain standards.
• Support vendor improvement, product validation, cost optimization, and field issue resolution.
