Title- Senior Salesforce Developer

Location- Banglore/Hybrid
Experience: 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development

Mandatory Skills:
Solid experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Salesforce configuration and administration
Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
Experience designing, building, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions
Strong Salesforce integration experience
Agile experience with Scrum/Kanban
Salesforce release management; CI/CD is desirable
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with platform maintenance, monitoring, and DataLoader
Strong understanding of standard Salesforce functionality and best practices




Advanced English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, testing, and deployment
Translate business requirements into scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
Explore new Salesforce capabilities and develop POCs/prototypes where required.
Optimize technical processes, development standards, and documentation.
Provide platform support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify technical risks and dependencies and support timely resolution.
