This is NOT a mass-production assembly line factory job. We are a small, close-knit company looking for a smart, flexible, and all-rounder individual for our Azadpur office.

Your role is dual: Precision PCB Repair/Micro-soldering when hardware work arrives, and General Back-Office Computer Operations (GeM Portal) during down-times. Important: Since we are a small setup, you must have a helpful mindset—no work is big or small here. You should have absolutely no problem assisting with general office work, shifting boxes, or helping keep the office clean when required. If you bring strong BGA/IC repair skills and basic computer knowledge, we will completely train you on the GeM portal work.

Essential Technical Expertise Required:

- Discrete Component Testing: Deep knowledge of testing individual components like capacitors, resistors, diodes, and transistors using a multimeter or oscilloscope.
- Live Power Fault Identification: Ability to trace circuits, check voltage rails, and isolate faults systematically after powering up the board.
- Root Cause Analysis: Robust logical reasoning to identify exactly why a circuit failed rather than just blindly replacing parts.

Location & Commute

- Office Base: Azadpur, Delhi (Near Yellow & Pink Line Metro—ideal for candidates from Jahangirpuri, Burari, Karol Bagh, Mangolpuri, or Shastri Nagar).
- Travel Requirement: Most of the time you will work from our Delhi office, but you must be fully ready to travel outside Delhi occasionally when required for the installation and commissioning of instruments at various government offices.

Key Responsibilities

- Component-Level Repair: High-precision IC removal, BGA reballing, micro-soldering, and trace jumping.
- Office & GeM Support: Managing internet browsing, documentation, and GeM portal updates when there are no boards to fix (Full training provided).
- Field Installation & Travel: Traveling locally or outside Delhi to handle on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic instruments at client government locations.
- General Office Support: Handling all kinds of backend office tasks, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and handling stock/boxes when required.

Requirements

- Must have completed a Mobile Repairing Course, ITI, or have solid practical motherboard repair experience.
- Must be highly confident with a hot air station, microscope, and BGA work.
- Basic computer usage skills (Web browsing, basic typing).
- Absolute readiness to travel both locally and outstation for field installation duties as per business needs.
- Must have a valid Government ID and a clean background record for entering secure government premises.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
