Electrical Technical Supervisor Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Technical Supervisor to supervise electrical activities, coordinate site teams, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to technical standards.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily electrical installation and maintenance activities. Coordinate electricians, technicians, contractors, and site teams. Ensure compliance with electrical safety, quality, and technical standards.

Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications. Identify technical issues and provide timely solutions. Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site work. Maintain daily work records and prepare progress reports.

Coordinate with project managers, clients,



and other departments. Ensure projects are completed on time with minimum rework and wastage.

Requirements Qualification: Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 2–3+ years in electrical supervision or related work. 11KVA substations work. Good knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and safety practices. Ability to lead and coordinate a technical team. Positive communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
