Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do) Installation: Hands-on setup of Ring Main Units (RMU) and Double Pole (DP) structures. Cabling &
- Jointing: HT/LT cable laying, cable trenching, professional jointing, and termination.
Gear Assembly: Erecting roadside electrical equipment, transformers, and distribution boxes. Maintenance &
- Repairs:
Troubleshooting on-site line faults and performing rapid repairs during system testing. Safety &
- Quality: Following state government electrical safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements (Who Can Apply) Education: ITI Pass in Electrical or Wireman Trade (Mandatory).
Experience: 1–3 years in HT/LT field work. Freshers with good ITI academic marks are welcome.
Field Grit: Willingness to work outdoors under all weather conditions (Rain/Shine).
Language: Basic knowledge of Hindi or English (for daily site communication).
Mobility: Ready to relocate across various project locations within Kerala based on site needs.
