Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within our EMS manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, electrical safety compliance, and productive facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain LT panels, distribution boards, transformers, cables, and electrical installations.




- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

Facility & Utilities Management
- Monitor and maintain plant utilities such as compressors, DG sets, UPS systems, and air-conditioning units.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and efficient utility operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for service and maintenance activities when required.

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Conduct periodic inspections of electrical systems and identify potential safety risks.
- Implement and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance activities.
- Maintain records related to electrical compliance and preventive maintenance schedules.

Preventive Maintenance
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans for all electrical equipment.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and service records.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement improvement actions.
