Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for electrical project execution, site supervision, installation, testing, commissioning, coordination with contractors and clients, and ensuring that electrical works are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage electrical work at project sites.
- Execute electrical installation as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Check the quality of electrical installation and workmanship.
- Coordinate electrical material requirements with the office/procurement team.
- Supervise testing and commissioning activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at site.




- Manage and coordinate site manpower and contractors.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and project requirements.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress and site issues.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical projects/site execution.
- Valuable knowledge of electrical installation and project execution.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to independently handle site responsibilities.
