Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) activities at the plant.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental and safety requirements and maintain necessary records.
- Monitor emissions, dust, gases, effluent, hazardous waste and pollution-control systems .
- Conduct regular plant safety inspections, risk assessments and housekeeping checks.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, Permit-to-Work, LOTO, fire safety and protected working practices.
- Support incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions .
- Conduct safety awareness sessions, toolbox talks and emergency/mock drills.
- Maintain EHS registers, checklists, statutory records and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with * *SPCB/PCC, consultants, auditors and other external agencies** as required.




- Support implementation of environmental improvement and safety initiatives across the plant.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, environmental issues or non-compliances to the concerned senior/plant management.

Preferred Experience:

5 years of EHS experience in Carbon Black, Chemical, Petrochemical, Tyre/Rubber or other process manufacturing industries .

Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety or a relevant discipline.
