Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E&I; Estimation Engineer responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, MTOs, and technical-commercial proposals for Electrical & Instrumentation scope in Water & Wastewater and EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and scope of work for E&I; requirements.

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, MTOs, man-hour estimates, and detailed cost break-ups.

- Estimate electrical and instrumentation works including materials, equipment, installation, testing, and commissioning.

- Prepare and review proposals in coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Commercial teams.

- Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations and conduct technical-commercial comparisons.

- Participate in pre-bid meetings/site visits and identify project risks, exclusions,



and assumptions.

- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with applicable IEC, ISA, IEEE, IS, and NEC standards.

Technical Requirements

- Experience in E&I; estimation for Water & Wastewater Treatment / EPC projects.

- Knowledge of MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC panels, transformers, PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.

- Good understanding of electrical distribution, instrumentation, cabling, earthing, and related E&I; systems.

- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor coordination, and technical bid evaluation.

- Robust analytical, communication, coordination, and commercial skills.
