Role Description This is a full time, on-site Staff role based in Delhi, India. The Staff team member will support both recruitment and marketing operations, including coordinating with candidates and clients, assisting in screening and scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records of hiring activities.

The role will also involve contributing to marketing tasks such as preparing basic reports, supporting campaign execution, and assisting with content and social media coordination as needed.



The staff member will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely communication, and high service quality. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting multiple projects.

Qualifications

- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including time management and task prioritization.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email, and online collaboration platforms).
- Ability to support marketing activities, such as data collection, simple reporting, and coordination of social media or campaign tasks.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and collaborate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a recruitment, HR support, or marketing support role, and a diploma or degree in business, commerce, HR, marketing, or a related field.
