E-Commerce Operations Executive

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across online platforms.

- Handle product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, and inventory.

- Process and monitor online orders from confirmation to dispatch.

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.

- Monitor shipments, deliveries, returns, cancellations, and RTOs.

- Maintain accurate inventory and order-related records.

- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.

- Monitor sales and marketplace performance.

- Prepare basic reports related to orders, sales, and inventory.

- Ensure smooth functioning of daily e-commerce operations.

- Handle customer and marketplace-related queries professionally.

- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

- Manage seller accounts and daily activities on e-commerce portals.

- Create and update product listings and catalogues.





- Monitor pricing, stock availability, and product information.

- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and requirements.

Order & Inventory Management

- Process online orders and coordinate timely dispatch.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.

- Track returns, cancellations, RTOs, and pending orders.

- Maintain accurate inventory records.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, vendors, and internal teams.

- Track shipment and delivery status.

- Maintain operational documentation and reports.

- Resolve day-to-day e-commerce operational issues.
