Role Description The E-Commerce Assistant will support day-to-day online operations for LUSSO MARCO’s digital sales channels. This role includes managing product listings, updating images and descriptions, monitoring inventory, and ensuring accurate pricing and promotions on e-commerce platforms. The E-Commerce Assistant will track orders, coordinate with customer service to resolve queries, and assist with basic sales reporting and performance analysis.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing to implement online campaigns and improve the overall customer journey. This is a hybrid role based in the Pune Division,



with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce skills, including familiarity with online marketplaces, product listing management, and basic order processing tools.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making for online growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers, and for explicit written documentation.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales skills to handle customer inquiries professionally, support upselling or cross-selling, and maintain a positive brand experience.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, basic understanding of digital marketing, comfort with spreadsheets and reporting, and prior experience in retail, beauty, or luxury products.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
