About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic E-commerce Intern to join our digital team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience managing product listings, optimizing online store performance, analyzing sales data, and executing digital marketing initiatives across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management: Upload, update, and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.), ensuring high accuracy in pricing, specs, and visuals.

SEO & Content Optimization: Draft compelling product descriptions, bullet points, and metadata to improve search visibility and conversion rates.

Inventory Tracking: Monitor inventory levels across channels, assist with stock synchronization, and flag reorder points.

Data & Analytics: Track key digital KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, average order value) and compile weekly performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets and web analytics.

Order & Customer Support:



Assist with reviewing incoming orders, tracking customer fulfillment issues, and addressing basic buyer inquiries.

Promotions & Campaigns: Help set up promotional codes, flash sales, and banner updates for upcoming marketing events.

Requirements & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.

Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Magento, or WooCommerce).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic data analysis).

Solid written communication skills and high attention to detail.

Tech-savvy with an interest in digital marketing trends and online shopping behavior.

Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calicut, Kerala
