Take architecture & tech decisions
Code reviews, best practices & performance optimization
Backend ownership (APIs, security, DBs, cloud)
Frontend ownership (React / Angular / Vue)
CI/CD, deployments & DevOps coordination
Lead, mentor & scale development team
Work with business, product & design stakeholders
