About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
Provide expertise in assisting business and end users with day-to-day operations, primarily in SAP FICO applications, by addressing incidents and customer escalations.
Perform business process and gap analysis.
Liaise with stakeholders from Engineering and other teams.
Support Quality Assurance and Documentation activities.
Be open and versatile to learning current skills as needed.
Manage incidents and ensure closure with proper resolution steps.
Come up with recent automation ideas, RCA fixes, and innovations to reduce toil and improve system and business processes.
Understand SLAs and resolve issues while maintaining a good customer experience.

Qualifications:
At least 4–6 years of IT experience in SAP FICO, S/4HANA Finance, TRM, FSCM, and RAR modules.
At least 2 years of domain experience in Accounting.




In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in configuring FICO / S/4HANA Finance modules.
Hands-on experience with FICO/S/4HANA Finance sub-modules, including:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Bank Accounting
General Ledger Accounting
Asset Management
CCA
PCA
Integration with non-FI modules
Good understanding of integration with MM and SD modules.
Good understanding of EDI/IDocs, process codes, BP profiles, etc.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with FSCM modules, including Credit, Collection, and Dispute Management.
Strong hands-on experience with TRM.
Exposure to RAR and capability to handle RAR-related issues.
Experience in writing detailed functional specifications, preparing test scenarios, writing test scripts, and performing end-to-end testing.
Experience gathering business requirements and providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs.
