Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Software Asset Management (SAM) projects.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Drive implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow SAM Pro and related modules.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Manage project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.
Work closely with SAM Analysts, Tool Configuration Specialists, Procurement teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee software discovery, inventory, entitlement, reconciliation, compliance, and optimization workstreams.
Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and mitigation plans.
Coordinate vendor engagements, implementation partners,



and third-party stakeholders.
Monitor project KPIs, milestones, resource utilization, and overall project health.
Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
Ensure proper project documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition to BAU support.
Drive continuous process improvements and adoption of SAM best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational governance, audit, and security requirements.

Solid experience managing Software Asset Management (SAM) projects.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation or enhancement projects.
Valuable understanding of software licensing, entitlement management, reconciliation, compliance, and optimization.
