Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations:
Ensure smooth daily production operations of LT cables at the plant.
Plan and manage shifts, manpower allocation, and material control.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
Quality Management:
Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
Ensure compliance with internal quality protocols and industry standards.
Coordination & Collaboration:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, procurement, quality, logistics) for effective communication and smooth operations.
Process Improvement:
Identify operational bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, optimize resources, and reduce costs.
