About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
Lead the design and implementation of complex multi-step reasoning chains and Agentic RAG pipelines using LangGraph and structured output patterns.
Architect and enforce AI safeguard mechanisms, including prompt injection defense, hallucination mitigation, and context-window management across AI agents.
Serve as the technical reference/SME for Applied AI Engineers in Hyderabad.
Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers on best practices, and drive consistent engineering standards.
Integrate AI components with Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable agents to access shared, grounded, reliable, and auditable knowledge bases.
Collaborate with Germany-based AETHER teams to integrate AI services into CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure seamless deployment, observability,
monitoring, and compliance with EU AI Act and DORA requirements.
Continuously evaluate and optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and model configurations.
Improve agent accuracy, latency, reliability, scalability, and overall performance at enterprise scale.
Drive the adoption of best practices for production-grade Agentic AI solutions, ensuring security, maintainability, and operational readiness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
Expert-level Python programming skills.
Deep practical experience with LangGraph, Agentic RAG architectures, and structured output design patterns.
Proven ability to implement AI safety and quality mechanisms in production settings.
Solid experience with prompt injection def
