We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Manager with minimum experience of 13 to 18 years with robust hands-on technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Microservices, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. The role involves providing technical leadership to development teams, driving architecture and design decisions, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Role & responsibilities

- SQL Server complex queries, stored procedures, joins, indexing, query optimization & performance tuning
- Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles & Design Patterns
- Application architecture, system design, scalability & performance
- Technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring and team management
- Agile/Scrum and enterprise application development
- This role is 60% technical and 40% people management

- Azure / AWS cloud experience
- Docker & Kubernetes
- CI/CD Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitHub Actions

- Redis / caching technologies
