Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for providing excellent client/in-house L3 support in resolving any technical issues reported by the business users and delivering all enhancements as required by business users.
- Deliver the necessary technical support in web/application development and maintenance.
- Proactive analysis, validation & fixing of business technical issues.
- Analyze, develop and test current systems using C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, SQL Server, Web APIs and Web services
- Exposure to various Integration Methodologies and Monitoring applications, systems & interfaces.
- Support and troubleshoot the existing web form-based system using C#/ASP.Net, SQL Server 2008/2012.
- Good experience in SQL Server 2008/2012. Database backups, restores, writing stored procedures, functions, views and triggers.
