Job Summary The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions using .net, asp.net, C#, and SQL Server. The individual will oversee the technical architecture, design, development, and deployment of projects while ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for projects.
- Ensure project timelines are met and projects are delivered within budget.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in .net, asp.net, and sql server development.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
- Implement best practices for software development and ensure code quality standards are maintained.

- Extensive experience in .net framework, asp.net, and sql server.




- Proficiency in developing web applications using asp.net mvc, c#, and sql.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (sdlc) and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as html, css, javascript, and jquery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Leadership skills to effectively lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Robust communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively.
