Plan and execute dispatch schedules in coordination with production and sales teams • Prepare invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and other statutory documents • Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and delivery • Monitor loading/unloading activities to ensure safety and prevent damage • Update dispatch and invoice details in ERP/SAP systems • Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and invoicing • Ensure compliance with GST and other regulatory requirements • Generate daily and weekly dispatch reports Candidate Profile • Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Experience: 8 - 10 years in dispatch & invoice in a manufacturing setup (preferably steel/building materials industry).
- Skills: Expertise in inventory management and dispatch, invoice , Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Excel & knowledge of GST compliance and documentation Industry Fit: Manufacturing industry experience preferred, especially in sheet metal, profile sheet & panel lines, PEB (PUF/PIR / mineral wool)
