We are looking for an experienced Director Operations to lead Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations in Pune. The role will be responsible for operational performance, client delivery, team leadership, process improvement, and overall business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end RCM operations, ensuring quality, productivity, SLA and revenue targets are met.
- Manage and mentor large operations teams and senior leadership.
- Drive process improvement, automation, cost optimization and operational excellence.
- Manage client relationships, governance reviews and escalations.
- Monitor key RCM metrics including AR, collections, denials, claims, billing and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations,
client requirements and internal policies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and transformation.
- Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare operations/RCM, with significant leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM processes.
- Proven experience managing large teams and client-facing operations.
- Robust analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in driving process transformation and operational excellence.
