Essential Job Functions:
Create compelling and engaging creative assets that support brand and marketing initiatives.
Support the design and development of brand assets such as campaign creatives, guidelines, and templates.
Assist internal designers with the production of campaign assets.
Create motion graphics, GIFs, illustrations, infographics, and print deliverables such as advertisements.
Provide design and creative support for brand programs, social media campaigns, website content, and marketing media.
Develop high-quality Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (critical part of the role).

Qualifications:
Experience in a design agency, design firm, or in-house marketing/communications department.




Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of typography, design elements, banner design, flyer design, eBook design, and best practices for print and digital media.
Cutting-edge and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience Level: 4 to 5 years
Relevant Experience: 4 to 5 years working with large multinational brands
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
