Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the smooth and safe functioning of the plant and coating process.

- Follow protected working practices, GMPs, and company safety procedures.

- Learn and understand basic machine operations related to the coating process.

- Gain exposure to different types of coatings such as print receptive, velvet, scuff-free, barrier, and matt coatings.

- Learn the basics of conversion ratio and production-related calculations.

- Develop an understanding of chemical coatings and the end application of coated products.

- Assist in monitoring machine performance and identifying opportunities to reduce downtime.

- Support the team in maintaining consistent quality of coated products.





- Assist in the production of coated and printed films, including quality checks and slitting activities.

- Support workforce coordination and day-to-day activities within the department.

- Understand key productivity and efficiency parameters and assist in achieving departmental targets.

- Gain awareness of quality, environmental, safety, and sustainability standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISCC+, and BRCGS.

- Maintain proper documentation and records related to production, quality, and process activities.
