- Lead IT infrastructure operations across Locations, supporting users, with ownership of uptime, service delivery, incidents, and SLA compliance.
- Led Greenfield IT infrastructure deployment for a manufacturing facility, including network, servers, and go-live support.
- Support in requirement gathering, server sizing, server room BOQ preparation support, ordering servers and data center items, monitoring implementation of data center
- Timely purchase of licenses such as Microsoft 365, adobe, Zoho etc.
- Timely purchase of IT assets i.e., Laptops, Monitors, Mouses, Headphones etc.

Preferred candidate profile

- Gather business requirements and manage ERP development, UAT, and implementation.
- Coordinate website, loyalty, MES, and Salesforce automation projects.
- Manage stakeholder requirements and act as the Digital/IT SPOC.
- Support plant network and data center planning and implementation.
