Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and email to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Day-to-day activities include managing social media accounts, optimizing website content for search engines, monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools, and preparing reports with actionable insights.

The role also involves coordinating with design and content teams, maintaining consistent branding, and staying current with industry trends and platform updates.



The specialist will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business objectives and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Hands-on expertise in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, analyze user behavior, and generate data-driven recommendations.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM concepts, email marketing platforms, and basic CRM usage is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or similar role, preferably within an agency or growth-focused organization.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
