Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. In this role, the specialist plans and executes digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, aligned with business goals and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts,



monitoring performance metrics, analysing web and campaign data, and optimizing content and strategies for reach, engagement, and conversion.

The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, ensure consistent messaging, and support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. The role also involves staying current with digital marketing trends and tools, recommending improvements, and preparing regular performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Assist with SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.

Create and coordinate engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and social media paid campaigns.

Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign results.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.

Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Digital marketing certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta certifications are a plus.
