Happy Homes Projects LLP is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence, generate quality leads, and support the marketing of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Create and manage lead-generation campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage social media pages, content calendars, posts, Reels and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions and ROI.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and sales teams for marketing creatives and campaigns.
- Develop engaging content, captions and promotional concepts for social media.
- Manage SEO, Google Business Profile and website-related marketing activities.
- Track website traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.




- Maintain lead reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Research competitors, market trends and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Support WhatsApp, email and remarketing campaigns to nurture potential customers.

Skills & Requirements
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with social media marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics.
- Creative thinking with strong communication and content-planning skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.
- Experience in real estate digital marketing will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing or creative tools is preferred.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, property, construction or a related industry.
