Mitauna Infra Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real estate startup under Mitauna Group. We are looking for one experienced and responsible Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing qualified who can independently handle the company's complete digital marketing activities.

This is not a short-term or agency-based position. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term association who can take ownership of lead generation, performance marketing, branding and social media activities. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for real estate lead generation.

Manage and optimize Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising campaigns. Generate high-quality and qualified real estate leads , not just high lead volumes. Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, campaign performance and ROI.

Create and implement digital marketing strategies for Mitauna Infra Pvt. Ltd. Handle regular social media posting and page management . Edit basic images, reels, videos and promotional creatives using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar software.

Prepare regular social media content and maintain consistent brand communication. Build and improve the company's digital presence and brand visibility. Coordinate lead-generation campaigns for real estate projects.

Analyse campaign data and continuously improve performance. Independently manage day-to-day digital marketing activities without depending heavily on an external agency.

Mandatory Requirements

Previous professional experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing is mandatory. Proven experience in generating leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads .



Understanding of real estate lead funnels, CPL, lead qualification and conversion.

Ability to independently manage paid campaigns. Basic graphic/video editing skills. Ability to regularly create, edit and publish social media content. Good understanding of Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads and digital analytics.

Should be able to take ownership and work independently in a startup environment. Candidates looking only for a short-term job or internship should not apply.
