Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp)
- Manage and optimise social media campaigns

1. Content Creation:

- Design and create visually appealing content (images, videos, reels)
- Write compelling captions and descriptions

1. Social Media Management:

- Respond to WhatsApp and Instagram queries
- Engage with followers and build an online community

1. CRM Handling:

- Manage customer relationships and data
- Analyse customer interactions and feedback

1. Reporting:

- Report to the Digital Marketing Team and the Company

Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation




- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
- Excellent content creation and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Robust communication and analytical skills
