UCBS Ltd is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage our paid advertising and social media activity across the UK market.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media content creation, campaign optimisation and lead generation. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of campaigns, improve performance and help generate qualified business leads.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Manage Google Ads, including Search, Display and remarketing campaigns
- Create and schedule regular social media posts
- Develop ad copy, captions and campaign messaging
- Work with creatives, images and videos for social media and paid campaigns
- Generate leads for UCBS products and services
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPC, conversions and ROI
- Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
- Set up and manage audiences, retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Manage social media pages and maintain consistent brand communication
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
- Test different creatives, headlines, audiences and landing-page approaches
- Keep up to date with changes across Meta, Google and digital marketing platforms
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting

What we are looking for





- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong knowledge of lead-generation campaigns
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Good copywriting and content-creation skills
- Understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, tags and analytics
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make optimisation decisions
- Good understanding of audience targeting and retargeting
- Solid written English and attention to detail
- Creative, organised and results-focused
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of digital marketing activity

Preferred experience

- UK market digital marketing
- B2B lead generation
- Financial services, payments, business funding or SME marketing
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Canva or similar creative tools
- Short-form video/Reels content
- SEO and email marketing knowledge would be an advantage

Working requirements

- Must be based in Hyderabad
- Remote initially
- Must be willing to work from our Hyderabad office in the future
- Must be comfortable working with a UK-focused business
