Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belāpur for a Digital Marketing Executive – AI SEO Expert. The role involves planning and executing SEO strategies using AI-driven tools, optimizing website and content for search engines, and conducting keyword research aligned with target audiences and learning programs.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will manage on-page and off-page SEO, analyze performance metrics, and refine campaigns for improved rankings, traffic, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with content and design teams, overseeing digital campaigns across channels,



monitoring competitors, and ensuring that all initiatives support the organization’s educational and social impact goals.

Qualifications

- Consulting and Executive Search skills to advise on digital growth strategies and identify opportunities for audience and market expansion.
- Recruiting and Interviewing skills to support selection of marketing, content, and technical partners or team members when needed.
- Research skills to analyze SEO performance, audience behavior, competitive landscape, and emerging AI and digital marketing trends.
- Strong expertise in SEO, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and use of AI-powered SEO and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research tools, and major social media and digital advertising platforms.
- Ability to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns that support both paid and social impact initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a cooperative environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
