Okiru Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee brand focused on freshly roasted coffee, café experiences, food, beverages, and a strong customer-centric brand culture. We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence and digital brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage Okiru Coffee Roasters' social media accounts, primarily Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile.
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create engaging content around:
- Coffee and brewing
- Café ambience and customer experiences
- Food and beverages
- New menu launches
- Offers and promotions
- Events and special occasions
- Behind-the-scenes café and roastery activities
- Coordinate with the café team for regular photo and video shoots.
- Create and edit Reels, Stories, posts and short-form videos suitable for Instagram and Facebook.
- Write creative captions, hashtags and promotional copy.
- Monitor social media trends, audio trends, hashtags and competitor activities.
- Increase reach, engagement, followers and customer interaction across social platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, reviews and customer queries professionally.
- Maintain and regularly update Google Business Profile, including photos, posts, offers and basic information.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for new products, seasonal promotions and café events.
- Coordinate with influencers, food bloggers and local creators for collaborations.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and customer response.
- Support paid social media campaigns, including basic Meta Ads management, if required.
- Ensure consistent use of Okiru's brand identity,



tone and visual standards across digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing/social media management, preferably in café, restaurant, hospitality, food or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar content-creation software.
- Good English communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.
- Creative mindset with an eye for photography, videography and visual presentation.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with café operations teams.
- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite, Insights and social media analytics will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate We are particularly interested in someone who:
- Is creative, energetic and social-media savvy.
- Understands café, coffee, food and lifestyle content.
- Can independently shoot and edit simple Reels and Stories using a mobile phone.
- Has a robust sense of aesthetics and branding.
- Follows Instagram trends and understands what makes content engaging.
- Is comfortable working on-site at the café and capturing real-time content.
- Can convert everyday café activities into engaging digital content.

Compensation Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
