Key Responsibilities

DG Operation &

- Monitoring:

- Operate and monitor diesel generator systems safely and efficiently.

- Check DG performance and operating parameters regularly.

- Ensure uninterrupted and reliable power supply.

- Monitor diesel engines and associated electrical equipment.

Maintenance &

- Repair

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of diesel generators.

- Carry out basic electrical maintenance and repair activities.

- Inspect electrical equipment and identify potential faults.

- Perform basic engine-related maintenance and repairs.

- Ensure DG equipment is maintained in good working condition.

Troubleshooting &

- Breakdown Support

- Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in DG systems.

- Attend breakdowns and take appropriate corrective action.

- Diagnose issues related to diesel engines and electrical equipment.

- Escalate major technical problems to the concerned senior engineer or supervisor.

Safety &

- Documentation
