Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled BI Engineer / Power BI Developer with robust expertise in Business Intelligence, data visualization, reporting, and analytics. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and business stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Create intuitive and visually compelling reports that support business decision-making.
Deliver self-service analytics solutions for business users and stakeholders.




Translate complex datasets into meaningful and actionable business insights.

Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Translate business needs into effective BI and analytical solutions.
Facilitate discussions with business users to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting objectives.
Ensure reporting solutions align with business goals and expectations.

Data Modeling & Transformation
Design and optimize data models to support reporting and analytical needs.
Develop data transformations to prepare and structure data for consumption.
Implement Business Intelligence best practices for model design and performance.
Maintain scalable and effective data architecture supporting enterprise reporting.
