Key responsibilities:
Work closely with Lending, Product, Analytics and Policy teams to identify emerging credit risks and business opportunities through deep portfolio and case-level analysis
Lead detailed reviews of default cases to identify underwriting gaps, risky behaviours, and recent negative signals
Analyse borrower-level and portfolio-level data across multiple sources such as bureau, bank statements, SMS, and internal behavioural data to generate actionable insights
Identify policy implementation gaps and recommend improvements in underwriting strategies, approval logic, and feature usage
Evaluate the effectiveness of underwriting strategies and ML models through structured hindsighting and outcome validation
Drive end-to-end execution of recommendations including cohort creation, risk separation analysis, and stakeholder alignment through to
